Lemon and Raspberry Celebration Cake
A true classic and one of our all-time favourite cakes. 4 layers of lemon and vanilla sponge with raspberries and lemon curd with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream. Topped with raspberry macarons and fresh raspberries.
This is a 6 inch tall cake and will serve 12-14 people generously.

We bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sesame, Nuts and Sulphites, and we use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above.
Additional information
All of our products are freshly baked and made to order using top quality ingredients, we pride ourselves on not using preservatives so everything is best eaten within a couple of days from delivery. (if it last that long)

Our Cakes are generously proportioned. As a guide we recommend the following:
6-inch cake | feeds approx. 12-14 people
8-inch cake | feeds approx. 22-24 people
10-inch cake | feeds approx. 32-36 people
