Terms and conditions for Purchase of food from Elm BakeAway.

Elm BakeAway permits you to purchase food from the website, through face book and over the telephone. Any purchase made must adhere to the terms and conditions listed below.

1. Order errors
1.1 If you receive an order confirmation email and notice an error, please contact us immediately. We can be contacted via phone or email.

1.2 If your order is incorrect, please let us know on the day the order is delivered. We can be contacted via phone or email. We will do our best to rectify any issues with the order.

2. Faulty / damaged goods
If your item of food is damaged on arrival, please provide photographic evidence immediately to We will do our best to rectify any issues with the appearance of the food order.

3. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a food item order, this must be done at least 24 hours prior to delivery. You must contact us directly via phone or email.

4. Refunds
4.1 If in the event you are unhappy with the look and quality of your food order please advise us on the day the order is eaten/delivered

4.2 A refund will only be issued at the discretion of the manager, and in most instances we may issue a credit note or replace the item.

4.3 We are unable to offer a refund if you do not like the taste of the food item purchased. Taste is a personal preference and Elm BakeAway stands by the quality and taste of the items we make.

5. Allergens

We offer gluten free, nut free and vegan products. Please be aware that our kitchen handles all the main allergens, nuts, gluten, dairy and sulphates and sesame.

Please note that all our products are baked fresh in our kitchen, which handle ingredients used to make all our products. While we do have processes in place to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we have a small kitchen and do not have segregated space, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible. 

If you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens, or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of our products.

6. Delivery

We deliver within a 10 mile radius of Lover/ Redlynch. Delivery is free within the first 5 miles, beyond 5 miles and up to 10 there will be a delivery fee starting from £4
