Where it all started.
Hey My name's Ellie and I'm the creator of Elm BakeAway.
Here's little background about me.
I grew up in Bridport and started my first chef job when I was 17 and I've never looked back.
Since then I’ve moved around to a few restaurants picking up new skills along the way.
I completed a Patisserie course at Brockenhurst College in 2016 and went on to work at The Bell Inn as the Pastry Chef, I was there for four years.
I would make the ice creams, bread, cakes and desserts.
Unfortunately due to the hotel closing amid the covid-19 crisis I was made redundant along with all the other staff.
This is where the journey of Elm BakeAway starts!! it’s what I love to do so I thought why not bring what I love to your door...
